Because voting and execution are not implemented in smart contracts today, we do not call this a DAO. The voting method (one wallet one vote, holdings-weighted, or hybrid) and any holding requirement will be published before Community Governance goes live, weighed against both Sybil attacks and whale capture. No figure is settled today.
WHAT HOLDERS CAN PARTICIPATE IN
Plainly: there is no dividend and no yield, and Creator Tax Revenue is not distributed to holders. What exists is a say in where the money goes, and a record of what was decided.
