Meme token risk
There is no yield, no dividend, no revenue share and no theoretical price. The value can go to zero. This is not a solicitation and not investment advice — take part only with money you can lose without it affecting your life.
Liquidity, market and execution risk
There may not be enough liquidity when you want to sell. Executing a donation involves a bridge, a USDC transfer and the receiving organization's own process, any of which can be delayed, fail, or not arrive.
Technical and platform risk
A smart contract fault, an outage on Robinhood Chain, or a specification change or shutdown at Pons Launchpad could affect trading, Creator Tax collection, or the execution of donations.
Sell pressure at unlock
The team's 5% unlocks over 24 months after a 6-month lock; the 10% Community Reserve unlocks after 12 months. If unlocked tokens are sold, that is downward pressure on price. We publish the addresses, so the movements can be watched.
Animal welfare
The dog's health always takes priority over the shot list. There will be days when condition, age or mood mean no photo. We will not run anything that puts a burden on the dog.
Regulatory risk and third-party brands
Crypto assets and donations are treated differently in each country, so please check the law where you live. Names, logos and clothing belonging to third parties that appear in photographs or illustrations do not imply partnership, investment, endorsement or sponsorship.
